We are greatly honored to have you as our guest and will ensure that you will the most enjoyable and memorable stay. We strongly strive to provide quality service and in return we request for the strict compliance of the following :

Safety & Security

Plese lock your doors & windows before going to sleep to ensure security.

The management is NOT responsible for the loss and leaving behind your valuables, money, jewels, shoes & document in the rooms or other places in the bungalows / apartment .

You are responsible for your own goods or belongings.


Loss & Damages

Bringing in and /or use of flammable materials such as candles, incense, aromatic substances, mosquito coils, firecrackers, etc is strictly prohibited.

Damages to the bungalows / apartment property and equipment due to improper use or carelessness shall be charged to your deposit. Charges may vary. For example :In case of stains or untidy kitchen , the following charges apply :

  • Stained bedsheet = Rm 100
  • Untidy Kitchen = Rm 50
  • Stained blanket = Rm 100
  • Stained pillow case = Rm 30


Check -in and Check- out

  • Check - in time is 3 pm .
  • Check out time is 11 am.
  • Lost key charge Rm 10
  • For late check -out , the following charges apply:
    - 12pm to 3pm = 50% of room rate
    - 6pm onward = 100% of room rate

Infant 0-1 year(s) : Stay for free if using existing bedding.
Children 2-11 year(s) : Must use an extra bed

Guests over 11 years old are considered as adults. Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, please check the individual room capacity for more details.

** For Bungalow homestay, it can accommodate max 15 persons, extra person at RM30/night.

Please note that this property is an independently operated by individual owner. It is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not have a check in counter. The owner will arrange a session of ‘Meet & Greet’ for key handover and familiarization of the property. Guests will have access to owner’s contact details in case of any query of the property.

Collection of Homestay's key

Kindly contact Vicky Lau (h/p: + 6 012 - 522 6542) to arrange for key collection when customer arrive in Cameron Highlands.

If person in-charge not around, we will sms the block number / unit number to customer for direct check-in.

Cancellation policy

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The total price of the reservation my be charged anytime after booking.
